Grease & Honey Restaurants in Kenosha, WI is looking for one baker to join our 68 person strong team. We are located on 5623 6th Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Can work independently
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Baker experience required
